Wild Fitness Program
A Fitness Program for Overlanders, Van lifers & Traveling Professionals
When you live the overlanding/Van life, or are a traveling professional, long hours in the car can make for not a lot of movement and a very stiff body at the end of the day. You want to get some exercise in, but you don’t want to carry much (if any) workout gear. I have designed a body weight fitness program that is oriented specifically around working out in nature, hotel rooms/gyms or in your living room. This program allows you to maintain your physical fitness as you travel the world. The only requirement for this program is a yoga mat, or towel, because who wants to stretch in the dirt?
This program is also great for people who do not enjoy typical gyms and do not want to invest in building a home gym.
I program a mix of strength training and medium to high intensity body weight work that is designed to increase your overall strength and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
This program is designed for people of all fitness levels, including those who are brand new to working out. It includes scaling options with each workout so that each session is achievable for every individual.
Wild Fitness includes three body weight workouts per week, plus an additional day devoted exclusively to mobility.
No equipment is needed but if you are doing these workouts in the woods, I would recommend using a yoga mat or towel as some movements will be performed laying on the ground.
