About Western Wild Fitness

Western Wild Fitness embodies the two core concepts that I apply to every client I meet:

  1. I consider all of my clients athletes, no matter their level of fitness.

  2. They have the grit to push their bodies to be the best that they can be, while having the grace to accept that some days, just showing up and moving gently is the best gift they could give themselves.

I welcome clients of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life. Whether you want to finish your first triathlon or you want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs pain free, I want to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I have spent the majority of my life participating in sports from soccer, to horseback riding, competing in track and finding weight lifting and CrossFit as an adult. I can usually be found hiking around Sisters on the weekends with my husband and Golden Retriever, Porter.
