This option is great for people who want to focus on meeting their fitness goals and need some help figuring out how. I work with a range of clients from people who have never touched a dumbbell before to athletes that are training for specific events.

This option is great for people who want to do workouts on their own timeline or for those that travel frequently but want to stay in shape while on the road. I can program workouts for those utilizing chain gyms, home gyms, hotel gyms or for those that do not have access to any equipment.

If you’re looking for in person personal training but don’t have the time or budget to be in the gym 3+ days a week, then this is a great option for you.
This includes 1 day per week of in person personal training + 3 days of remote programming

I offer small group classes that are focused around strength training with a conditioning finisher and allow you to train with a community of like minded people.
Registration for these classes is required as space is limited.
In person, small group classes are limited to Central Oregon Residents.
Free initial consultation includes:
A discussion of your Fitness Goals and Health History
A Movement Assessment to Identify:
Muscle Imbalances, Limited Range of Motion, Sources of Pain and/or Weakness
About Western Wild Fitness
Western Wild Fitness embodies the two core concepts that I apply to every client I meet:
I consider all of my clients athletes, no matter their level of fitness.
They have the grit to push their bodies to be the best that they can be, while having the grace to accept that some days, just showing up and moving gently is the best gift they could give themselves.
I welcome clients of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life. Whether you want to finish your first triathlon or you want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs pain free, I want to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I have spent the majority of my life participating in sports from soccer, to horseback riding, competing in track and finding weight lifting and CrossFit as an adult. I can usually be found hiking around Sisters on the weekends with my husband and Golden Retriever, Porter.
